The problem.

Build the plane. Keep it flying.

tem had the beginnings of a distinctive rebrand and the pace of a company growing faster than its creative foundations. The immediate work could not wait for a perfect strategy. The strategy could not wait for the immediate work to stop.

Create enough clarity to make strong decisions at startup speed.

Build the longer-term platform, systems and capability beneath them.

What we saw.

The job was not simply to make campaigns. It was to define how tem should think, communicate and behave creatively — then prove that thinking in the world.

01 / Brand strategy / category design

A stronger platform

A strategic brand platform connecting the company vision, category, position, creative idea, messaging and behaviours — a useful foundation for decisions, not a document to admire.

02 / Series B / brand storytelling

Momentum made visible

The Series B story and evolving rebrand gave a fast-growing company a clearer way to explain what it was building, why it mattered and why the energy category needed to change.

03 / tem1000 / OOH / activations

Ideas in the world

From tem1000 and the first out-of-home campaign to physical and hyper-local activations, the brand grew stronger by creating real moments — not by staying safely inside guidelines.

04 / Creative technology / brand systems

Capability, not dependency

Tools, workflows and intelligent creative systems helped more teams make recognisable work at speed while keeping human judgement firmly in charge.

What changed.

A clearer category story. A more decisive creative direction. And a brand capable of moving at the same speed as the company behind it.

The work kept moving. The system underneath it got stronger.
