- Evolve and activate a major rebrand across a global business
- Scope
- Brand leadership · Global activation · Digital experience

The problem.
Make business travel feel satisfyingly simple.
TravelPerk was growing into a global technology company with a major new brand to activate. The task was to translate a bold external idea into something that worked across product, marketing, sales and the everyday reality of an international team.
Create a brand distinctive enough to change how work travel feels.
Make it practical enough to perform across markets, teams and products.
What we saw.
The opportunity was to turn the power of being there into a coherent creative system — one that made complex journeys feel energising, intuitive and unmistakably TravelPerk.
From identity to behaviour
The rebrand became more than an identity. Its optimism, pace and satisfying simplicity were translated into clear creative behaviours teams could use across the business.
The power of being there
A human reason for business travel gave the brand an emotional centre: the moments, conversations and momentum that only happen when people are actually together.
One connected journey
Brand and product were treated as one experience — from discovery and booking through to reporting, service messages and the small interactions that make travel feel under control.
Built to travel
The system needed to flex across regions and formats without becoming generic. Principles, templates and leadership helped local work remain useful, fast and recognisable.
What changed.
