Can a house
run itself?
A holiday home can already take bookings online.
So why does running one still require a management company, multiple suppliers, endless messages and an owner stitching everything together?

01 / THE HOUSE
A house is the simple bit.
Keep scrolling.
The reveal
The house isn't really
running itself.
The operation around it is.
The bookings. The decisions. The people. The handovers. The things that happen before a guest arrives and after they leave.
The other side
Maybe the house doesn't need a management company.
Maybe it needs an operating system.
One connected layer coordinating the property, its guests and the people who look after it. Still human where it matters. Less manual everywhere it doesn't.
This is a thought experiment. For now.
Should we
build it?
We're exploring what this could become—not presenting a finished product. If you have the right property, experience or problem to test it against, bring it in.
